Retail LSE’s must have sub-accounts for all types of Certificate Obligations. They also must have a sub-account for each state in which they represent load.
Every quarter, LSE’s serving retail load in an RPS State(s) need to make sure that they have assigned the proper amount of Load Obligation to their respective Sub-Account(s) to account for each quarter's load.
To assign Load Obligation, please take the following steps:
- In the Account Dashboard, locate the Account Status module.
- Under the Account Status module, click on the ‘Assign Obligations’ hyperlink.
- In the Assign Obligations to Subaccounts page, enter the Obligation amount for each Subaccount.
Note: The Obligation assignment must equal the Total Obligation amount.
- Click the ‘Save’ button to complete Load Obligation assignments.
